Can I cancel or reschedule my surgery?

If you cancel or reschedule surgery for personal reasons, a cancellation or change fee will be charged separately. Please apply only after understanding and confirming this.

In addition, the surgery deposit received at the time of application and booking is non-refundable under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

From application to 15 days before … 20% of the total
14 to 8 days before surgery … 50% of the total
7 to 4 days before surgery … 80% of the total
3 days before to the day of surgery … 100% of the total

Is there a fee for canceling or changing an appointment?

・Please call us at least 2 business days in advance for changes or cancellations.
・If you arrive late, your treatment will be limited to the remaining time of your booked slot.
・Cancellations or changes on the previous day or the same day incur a fee of ¥5,500. For patients on a course or with prepaid tickets, a same-day cancellation or arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as one session used.
・If you are delayed due to public transportation, please bring a delay certificate.
・Depending on the procedure, separate anesthesia or shaving fees may apply.

We are closed on Sundays.

Can I cancel a course midway or extend its validity?

As a rule, course treatments cannot be canceled midway or extended. However, in unavoidable circumstances such as relocating too far away to visit or illness, we will settle as follows:

(Course fee) − (Course fee ÷ number of sessions × sessions completed)

Refunds are made by bank transfer at the end of the second month after cancellation procedures are completed. Campaign and monitor courses are not eligible for midway cancellation or refunds. If you become pregnant during treatment, an extension is possible if you contact us once pregnancy is confirmed.

*Requests cannot be accepted after the course has expired.

Can I pay by credit card?

Can minors receive counseling?

Minors under 18 may also receive counseling.
Please note that surgery applications are accepted only after parental consent is confirmed.

I would like counseling — what should I do?

At our clinic, doctors personally provide diagnosis and counseling for your concerns.
To take time with each patient, counseling is by appointment. Please book your preferred date and time by email or phone.

・For self-pay treatment, an initial consultation fee of ¥3,300 applies.
・For cosmetic surgery counseling with Dr. Karibe, an additional ¥2,200 applies
*No designation fee for Dr. Karibe's cosmetic dermatology

What payment methods are available?

In addition to cash and bank transfer, we accept credit cards (some exclusions apply) and medical loans. Payment methods can also be combined. Please feel free to ask.

I am a student — can I use a medical loan?

Students may need a guarantor.
Pre-screening is also available — please ask us.

What should I bring to my visit?

For insurance-covered care, please bring your health insurance card or My Number card.
For aesthetic medicine, please bring photo identification (health insurance card, driver's license, My Number card, passport, etc.).

Can I receive treatment while pregnant?

We do not provide treatment during pregnancy.

Can I bring my child?

Yes, as long as your child can wait on their own.

I had surgery at another clinic. How long should I wait before requesting revision surgery?

For revision surgery, we ask that you wait at least six months.
